All our masks are 100% hand made to order, as a result, with the exception of defects, there are no refunds. Please keep in mind due to the hand made nature of the masks, variations in weathering, color and hair can exist and do not qualify as defective.
We will accept returns on items that are in new, unused condition and still in original packaging with all tags attached.
The following items may NOT be returned or exchanged under any circumstances for health reasons: Masks, makeup and applications.
Ghoulish will not accept for return or exchange any packaged item after it has been opened.

Any Order among October 10 and November 2st will not have devolution.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
At this website you will find out the status of our product like In stock or Out of Stock this way you will know if is available or not.
Note: On rare occasions during Halloween season some of our items/products are very popular and you they will be sold out, if this happened we will let you know immediately and we will give you another options or another item o the refund of your money. Normally we send all the purchase orders the next day after we received it and take 3 to 7 business day.
During Halloween season (October 20th to 30th) you will receive your purchase at least 48 hours (2 business days) in main cities. If you have questions about this delivery time please contact us. Do you deliver to my country?
We do deliveries to North America, South America, Europe and Asia. We use UPS express and if there's any extra charges (taxes or customs) will be pay for the client. What forms of payment does Ghoulish accept?
